Orders & Purchasing

Sorry to hear you haven’t received a part of your order! Please note that during certain times some orders may be sent out in multiple parts or from multiple fulfillment centers throughout the US.

If you are missing part of your order, please check:

- Your order email, if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your fulfillment email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another fulfillment email when that does ship. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.

- If you have everything that is on the invoice the rest of your order will come separately.

If you are missing items from your order and your fulfillment email and packing slip show all items on your order, then please get in touch with our customer services team HERE. Make sure to let them know your order number and which items were missing.

Shipping

All Orders placed between our Business Hours, are fulfilled within 24-48 hours from date of purchase.  However, 95% do go out within hours from purchase! You can always track your shipment HERE.

Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. If you receive a broken item please let us know right away and we will replace it. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can open a claim with UPS. You can do so by filling out a Customer Service form  HERE, and a member of our team will get back to you.
